Brian Sichi currently serves as Secretary of the Okauchee Lake Management District, a position he has held since 2023. Growing up on the north shore of Okauchee Lake he has been a part of the Lake Country community since the early 1970s. After five years of service in the Marines, Brian spent most of his career working globally for international management consulting firms serving corporate, government, and non-profit clients. Brian’s company, Sichi Consulting, focuses on helping organizations with strategy, innovation, and transformation.
